      The cuisine of Kong Yiji Shangyan originated in Shaoxing—an 
idyllic canal town in Zhejiang with an ancient history. The menu is
 based on that of the original Kong Yiji, but with a modern twist. 
The food here is refined and beautifully presented, while at the same
 time retaining the pure and wonderful taste of Shaoxing style cooking.

      The restaurant, with its viewing pavilion and waterways, furnished with 
baskets and pottery, creates a pleasant and charming ambiance reminiscent
 of China's old canal towns. The friendly service and the delicious food
